I believe that businesses can only flourish in societies where human rights are protected and respected and recognize my responsibility to uphold this belief in my business. I align with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, which supports the International Bill of Human Rights and the International Labor Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. In particular, I promote the rights those disadvantaged and/or underrepresented. These groups include, but are not limited to, people of color and the LGBTQ community.
